Founded in 1960, RN Thompson and Associates is one of central Indiana’s premier land development companies. Led by founder Robert Thompson, the company specializes in conceptualizing and building golf course communities, single- and multi-family residential communities and commercial projects. RN Thompson also owns and operates boat and pre-owned vehicle sales businesses and a marina and grill located on the Ohio river. The company consists of three divisions:

RN Thompson Golf, a division of RN Thompson and Associates, was founded in 1960 and has built, developed and managed nine central Indiana golf courses and golf course communities, including the Gary Player-designed Southern Dunes Golf Course, Riverside Golf Course and Riverside Academy, Coffin Golf Course, Saddle Brook Golf Club and Crooked Creek Golf Club, all in Indianapolis; Ironwood Golf Club and Gray Eagle Golf Club in Fishers, Ind.; Winding Ridge Golf Course in Lawrence, Ind.; Wood Wind Golf Club in Westfield, Ind.; Eagle Pointe Golf Club in Bloomington, Ind.; and Keys Gate Golf Club in Homestead, Fla.

RN Thompson Marina and Boats
RN Thompson Marina and Boats, a division of RN Thompson and Associates, owns and manages Just Add Water Boats in Indianapolis, which for more than three decades has sold and serviced certified, pre-owned boats and vehicles; Certified Auto LLC in Indianapolis, a family-owned car sales and service company; Smugglers Cove Marina and Riverfront Campground in Warsaw, Ky., located on Craig’s Creek Lake just off the Ohio River; and Sunset Bar and Grill in Warsaw, Ky., a newly remodeled bar and grill directly across the Ohio river from Belterra casino.

RN Thompson Land Development
RN Thompson Land Development, a division of RN Thompson and Associates, has developed several communities throughout central Indiana. Crystal Lake Custom Homes, central Indiana’s premier land development and builder of golf course and waterfront living, specializes in custom home building. Evergreen Planners is a civil engineering and land surveying company that provides planning, site engineering and surveying services for single- and multi-family residential development, commercial development and golf course design and construction in central Indiana. RN Thompson Construction concepts and builds commercial and residential projects throughout central Indiana.
